Phoenix House Youth Services has a successful 37+ years track record working with “at-risk” young people (aged 13-24) in the Northern Sydney region.
Our Mission has three pillars, Care, Educate and Connect. We Care by providing Crisis & Transitional housing and Case Management and Counselling for young people. We Educate by providing Flexible and Inclusive alternative education and training pathways. And we Connect young people with those from intercultural and intergenerational cohorts within their community.
Program donations fund:
Transform apartments for youth experiencing homelessness into HOMEs. Provide a welcoming HOME to a youth in crisis (we provide the apartment) - We have three unfurnished units for youth experiencing homelessness.
Help us add the essentials such as stove, couch and bedding. If we raise enough, we will be able to add the touches that make it feel more like a home. Each youth, after their 18 months stay, will be able to take what they choose onto their next living quarters. We will then restage so each youth comes into a unique new home.
