Success Works provides employability skills and empowers women affected by the criminal justice system to present themselves to an employer who sees their skills and potential and not their record. We do this by providing workshops, one-on-one support, building our employer partner base and matching each woman committed to the program with a mentor. Our staff have lived experience of the criminal justice system, which enables excellent rapport building and trust with our candidates.

Program donations fund:

Our Success Work's project will involve a mentor recruitment campaign on all platforms of social media. These funds will assist us to recruit, interview, train and match 20 new mentors for our candidates. The mentor applicants are then interviewed for selection.

Once recruited they complete a half day induction and are then matched with one of our candidates. The mentors have a two hour training session every 2 months.
